We the sons and daughters of Tangale residing overseas would like to congratulate the people of Tangale and the traditional ruling council for the recent election of Dr. Musa Idris Mai Yamba as the next Mai Tanglè. It is our understanding that the election and coronation of traditional rulers now includes the blessing of the seating governor of the state.
Sir, we congratulate you and are proud of you as the governor of Gombe state. We notice the strong statement made by the Tangale people in this choice and encourage you to stand strong and fulfill the desires of the Tangale people. We have no doubt that you have the best interest of the people at heart, and that by your leadership acumen, we are confident that you will stand with the Tangale people both at home and abroad.
We eagerly look forward to the coronation of the new Mai Tanglè and working with your administration to support the economic growth, political stability, and educational success of the people of Gombe state. Please know that we remain loyal subjects of Tangale land and Gombe state. We will continue to use available medium to support the development of our beloved Jewel of the Savannah.
